Stock Return Policy

We will check all the products before delivery . If there is any defects , we will e-mail or call you to seek for further assistance. We will try our best to minimize defects and increase our reliability in preparing your order. However , customers who wish to return or exchange any damaged item are responsible to ensure that it complies with our policy below.

  • Customers must email us within 2 days of receiving the item for a valid exchange or return
  • The item return must reach our premises within a week from date of informing us
  • The items must be returned unused, in their original condition including taps, tag attached or packages. All items will be inspected on return
  • Please e-mail us the Return Details as below:

    Reason: (e.g. part broken)
    Tracking Number: (your courier company tracking number)
    Replacement Item: Please do wait for our feedback within 24 Hours

Returnable / Exchangable Conditions

  • The items must be terribly damage or not function.
  • The items which have prominent and quality problems. (Eg. broken parts)

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangable Conditions

  • Wrong items code, size & type from what you have ordered.
  • The item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. tag)
  • Size measurement differs about 1-3cm.
